Conventional cabling

Our switches work through standard wiring. They are suitable for both new housing and renovation.

The big advantage is that you can switch from a standard installation to a smart home in the blink of an eye. Simply replace the old switches. The connection remains the same.

Once connected, the dingz is immediately operational with standard functionalities, and can be tested without the need for any configuration or application. Buttons will be assigned to the same output connected.

Use our installer app to assign and define outputs precisely (type of input, dimming, initialization of blinds, etc.), save configuration, connect your dingz to your Wi-Fi and generate a configuration PDF file.

dingz base

Our switches work through standard wiring. They are suitable for both new housing and renovation. The dingz base has 4 separately dimmable outputs or 2 blind motors. These outputs are independent of the front.

Grouping of blinds

Depending on the desired logic, the blinds can be controlled via 1 or 2 buttons. The slats can be adjusted by long presses or by the app.

If the blind wires are crossed, we simply reverse the raising and lowering of the blinds on the app. The M1 & M2 wiring remains the same. 

Device configuration

Each connected device can be configured according to preference without changing the wiring. Simply assign new buttons in the app.

Smart on demand

Once the dingz are connected to the home network, the possibilities are multiplied by ten with other compatible devices.

Any product with an open API can be controlled by the switches or control it.

dingz ha delle API?

Sì, è possibile accedere a dingz tramite un'API REST, documentazione su https://api.dingz.ch

Cosa fare se dingz non funziona?

Se il tuo switch dingz non funziona, sono possibili le seguenti misure:

1) Spegni e riaccendi il tuo interruttore dingz

2) Esegui un ripristino delle impostazioni di fabbrica (la connessione al WiFi viene persa e il tuo switch dingz deve essere riconfigurato)

Come posso caricare la configurazione standard di dingz?

Tieni premuti contemporaneamente i pulsanti diagonali 1 e 4 per 10 secondi. Il LED lampeggia 5 volte alternativamente in bianco/rosso: ciò ripristina le impostazioni dello switch dingz sulla configurazione standard. La connessione al WiFi non viene interrotta.

Come posso programmare Philips Hue e Sonos?

Sonos & Phillips Hue devono essere configurati prima. Seleziona «Sonos & Hue» nel menu in alto a sinistra e cerca i dispositivi Sonos o autorizza il Phillips Hue Bridge per dingz. Devi essere connesso alla stessa rete Wi-Fi.

È possibile effettuare il downgrade del software dingz?

No, un aggiornamento del software dingz non può essere annullato per motivi di sicurezza.

Come posso aggiornare il FW di dingz?

Se è disponibile una nuova versione FW per dingz, verrà visualizzata nell'app dingz. Puoi quindi scegliere tu stesso su quale dingz installare la nuova versione FW.
